Error when high score is reached.
 

I am getting the following error when someone gets the high score for a game. Any ideas?

mySQL query error: SELECT champ_score AS score, champ_time AS time, champ_name AS name, champ_mid AS mid, champ_gtitle FROM vb_games_champs WHERE champ_gid=23

mySQL error: Unknown column 'champ_time' in 'field list'
mySQL error code:

seems you did not update your product (xml)

Hmm... Thought I did all the instructions said, but am not an expert so I may have missed this. Could you tell me specifically what I missed so I can try to correct that. Thanks!

# Enter AdminCP
# Open Menu-Group "PlugIn-System"
# Click "Manage Products"
# Click "Add/Import Products"
# upload - product-ibproarcade.xml
# Set "Overwrite Product" to YES (very important, this does the Update!)
# Click IMPORT
# Confirm the Import of that Product

Yes, I did that step, and just did it again to make sure, but still get that error.

which version is shown in the product-manager ?

Not sure if this was occuring before the update or not, but it does now for sure. ;)

are you sure all the files are uploaded?

try re-uploding all the files :)

try this:

upload the installer.php from the archive to your forum's root and run it this way:
installer.php?do=override

after it is done remember to remove the installer.php from the server!
