Arranging Forum Help

I added a custom menu and now im losing major space. Can anyone help me on how to move it to the position in the pic below:

No, only if I click the dead picture can I see it.

Click your 1st link: http://www.radclan.net/chaos/img/forumprob.jpg you will see some silly animated 404 error.
