To save money, I drive back home to the US to fill my car up :D

Well, its relative. Using the exchange rate, a Big Mac meal is almost $10USD.

The US has had such cheap gas for so long, its a shock for people to see it go up. The good news is that the price going up puts more pressure on manufacturers and consumers to produce and purchase cars that are far more fuel efficient. Sadly the people that it should affect the most (i.e. the 4mpg Hummer drivers) are the least affected by it.

Well I was looking on GasBuddy and it seems Aspen, CO has the highest prices (average over $4.00), in Chicago it looks like the average is about $3.85. The lowest prices in the country are in Trenton at $2.96 a gallon :)

Sucks to be in the upper midwest it seems like thats where the highest prices in the country are (IL, IN, WI, MI)...

In Waynesburg, PA gas is at $3.09

there is also "superplus" (98RON) that costs over 1,50 €/L
