legalize vb
 

Hi All!

My friend have pirate version of vbulletin installed and already entered some forum structure and messages.
Is it possible to buy a license and save all structure and messages for him? And where can we find vbulletin prices?

Hi Ka6AH, yes he can buy and see prices HERE and after upgrade version upload and overwrite all files, note when overwrite files he have to configure again the config.php file on includes folder. regards

vbulletin.com would have been a better place to ask, they have all the support for such a situation... it comes to them 10 times per week to have a nullified forum legalized.. :)

You dont need to re upload, only if you wish to upgrade. I was in this situation and alot of my main vbulletin files are nulled and i have no problems.

You'd have to be nutz not to overwrite pirated files with the genuine article. How do you know what has been modified in any pirated release of vbulletin?

The people that nullify it, i trust alot. I would even give them my PayPal details if they asked. Very good friend of mine, im not going to say why as i would get banned if i did.

vBulletin is not good to use nulled. Go with IPB. :p

It should work fine, unless the software you used was unstable.

Running nulled version wether you own one or not is illegal

Then don't run VB and run one of the free forum software packages out there... Or go with the leased license...

Oh wait I dont have that power. Seriously guys theres no need to start a fight over this. Yes pirated is illegal so dont do it. Theres no reason to talk about running a nulled version. The person was helped to find the needed information and thats what was needed.

If you're friend is pirating vBulletin he should buy a license ASAP.
