is bb code enabled on your site? you can also use html

yes any other specific area where i can check if its enabled

Admincp->Vbulletin options->BBCode Settings

its enabled lets see if the problem is duplicated or only i am facing it

How about allowing HTML code in the rules? You can use the same trick as my hack :Send emails with HTML as HTML.

html and bbcode are both allowed already

Really silly question, but where in the admin panel do I go to add rules?
Ive searched high and low but not having much luck!

Its in vbulletin options.

Scroll down to the bottom and you should see it
