You probably have whitespace before

From a quick look it appears that the leading / has been removed from the path statements.

There were a few people that had some errors I could not figure out.
That may have had something to do with it I spose...

Gonna test it out tomorrow but just looking at the code I see a few new things that the simple one doesn't have (avatar, unread post count, etc). Can you give a quick rundown on things you added and/or changed?

I think he linked to the wrong hack (the simple version) by mistake.

the login box appears on the non vbulletin page but once you login the box still appears. Also there is a fatal error underneath it
