I don't mean to knock this thread (sorta) off-topic, but I have a related question. Just like you made the 'Post: x' a Clickable LINK, would it be possible to make the 'Location' field clickable as well in the Postbit Legacy? (NOTE: I'm using vB.org here as an example.)
I ask, because our board is orientated to try and help folks find one another who are geographically close to each other and we have a State/Country field.(User Profile Field #5, in our case) I'm sure it would be a big hit with our users if such was Clickable. |
You would need somewhere for the click to go. I.E. If my state was TN when I click TN it would need to take me somewhere.
|
Understand. It would be nice if it pulled up a Members List with all users from that State/Country. That way, someone from TN could quickly find all the others in Tennesse for example.
|
I can do that. Shouldn't take no time at all.

<span style="text-decoration: line-through">how can I make it where only the $post[posts] is linked & not $vbphrase[posts]?</span>
nvm I jus took $vbphrase[posts]: before the a tag |
thanks very nice!

I can not for the life of me find the proper place to edit the postbit_legacy. Nothing even close to match it to. Whats above that line or below it?

Replace the Code In RED:- Code:
<if condition="$post['age']"><div>$vbphrase[age]: $post[age]</div></if> |
I heard some say it shows the users posts while Mastar originally says it links to the users created threads.
If it links to the posts I will install it. |
