Images need to go in to a folder called 'zhicons' and it needs to reside in your forum's root directory.

I have no problems figuring out where to place this but some people might so a little more detail would be helpful....

This is a useful mod!

Maybe if you actually tested things first you wouldn't keep running into loads of posts saying it doesn't work - and have to keep releasing fixes.

I test them on a unmodified test board.If they modify it too much it's not my problem.

It looks like you are in a rush to get things released. Most mods have specific instructions included in text files..... If you put so much time into your mod and then you don't bother telling anyone how to use it what's the sense???

Then you say it's not your fault if people have modded boards as you realease a mod????????? Dude.... That is messed up... You are releasing a mod on a site for modded sites saying that you test this on an unmodded site? Do you realize how that sounds???

2 paragraphs of instructions is not much to ask for....

I have already wasted too much time on this when I can just add these images myself. The time I have spent trying to figure this out could have been spent doing it myself...

He is saying that if the automatic template edits do not install then add that to your postbit template...

Did not work for me but I do have a modded board and this mod was built for boards that are not modded...... not worth any more effort..

I will do this on my own and rerelease one that is supported with instructions...

No Ziki - it has not gone unnoticed that you have had a fair number of releases that simply did not work when first released - and nothing to do with modded boards - just coding errors - many have required fixing by other members. You must test things properly.

To avoid further "Why do you release hacks that don't work?" questions try putting yourself into my shoes.I am 14,on a gymnasium where we have 8th and 9th grade merged together so twice the work in one year and I have to be all ones or else I am getting grounded for quite a long time,then I am learning for my driving license for a motorbike,then my girlfriend,friends and family and then I get here and get bashed for a small glitch!That makes you wanna quit it huh?(Plus I didn't mention all my paid hacks I have to finish)

Ziki, this is just normal behavior from a bunch of inpatient vBulletin'ers who want to spice up their boards. However, everyone should understand that there is life outside of hacking.
