Rate Threads Bonus
 

Summary

This add-on gives your users a "bonus" whenever they rate a thread. I noticed that the "Rate Thread" feature was hardly being used on my board, so I decided to implement this as a way to encourage people to rate threads.

what is the "bonus" it gives the users? Reputation?

i installed... i dont see the bonus... maybe im missing it... but that means... my members really dont see it..

yes, its adds reputation points. but if you've vbplaza installed you can use vbbux as usertable & set the amount of point. it'll work, i hope.

not quite. I am using uttpoints and set it up to 100 points, tried 1000 points. No matter what it will increment only by 5

you need to replace both instances of
with your point system. In my case it was uttpoints

The settings for this are in User Reputation Options under vBulletin Options

Also, the Can't rate own threads plugin should be mandatory if you're going to use this as users could just create threads and then rate them for a reputation bonus.

Yes, there was an error in the original XML I posted where the "bonus" would always be given to the user's reputation. This has been fixed.

The "bonus" is given to which ever row in the user table you specify (under vBulletin Options -> User Reputation Options). This can either be "reputation", or one of the various money rows used by one of the vBulletin money systems.

It already should. Just configure it to add the bonus to whichever row iCash uses in the usertable to store the amount of money each user has.
