I would like to add a 1 liner to my forumhome statistics that displays with a linked member name the top poster and top referrer.

It would look something like this:

Threads: 10,538, Posts: 36,024, Members: 2,013
Welcome to our newest member, jumpinjimmy
Top Poster: Joe Top Referrer: Bob

Joe and Bob would be links.
Joe I would link to the link in this thread.
Bob I would like to my refer-a-friend page.

Is there code for this available?

ok I am not a programmer so I am admitting that I am an idiot but where EXACTLY do I put this within the navbar??? Am I supposed to replace the .. with something?? I know this was a test to see how many idiots are out there and how many people aren't as smart as you, so here I am saying it out loud...I don't get it. I would like to know where to put the following information
