Falling Snow On your forum
This is really simple to install takes about 1minute to install
Upload "snow.js" in your root directory and add following code into your HEADER template " <!-- Start Snow For Christmas Code --> <script type="text/javascript" src="snow.js"></script> <!-- End Snow For Christmas Code -->" Basically you can see snow falling in your forum. Click Here for DEMO You Can Change color too if you want other color instead of white To change color, find following code in snow.js: PHP Code:

Alot of my users complained of browser lag even on the lowest settings when I installed this mod, is there a way to fix this?

I and my users never has any lag prolem. dont know man sorry

It's because of the Javascipt. When the browser displays the snow falling, the browser uses more system resources than usual. On slower machines such effects can cause the browser to ground to a halt and be not responsive any more. Thst is why you should always incorporate a possibility to switch the script on and off for your users. Otherwise you force users to sluggish performance, even though your server is not to blame for it.
