A custom style would help, as would a picture gallery as already mentioned. Plus get some articles up as well. The more information the better.

The best articles I can think of would be :
Work out routine
Dietary tips
Meal Plan
Supplementation advice
Tips for older weightlifters
Tips for younger weightlifters
Progression guides

All the above were straight off the top of my head. Why not go for the science niche? Micro biology is a fascinating subject and goes hand in hand with body-building.

I would try changing the forum icon's, to something like the attached:
