Yeh just add my code into that template and your good to go :)

Allan 09-25-2006 08:08 PM

Very nice ;)

It's possible to hack an "collapsable" ?
Exemple: http://www.vbstyles.com/forum/index.php (looking button "Sidebar")

utw-Mephisto 09-25-2006 08:09 PM

Nice one - could be usefull for a nice vbadvanced module ..

Just one sidenote : The live demo is your live forum ? It would look better if the navbar has the same color as the rest or at least a color which matches the rest of the forum - just my 0.02 $

Edit: same with the bar on the bottom (the one with " Mark Forums Read View Forum Leaders ")

maroceve 09-25-2006 11:36 PM

hmm how do i use this as a vbadvanced module ? utw Mephisto ?

Let me know. Thanks :)

Mmmm, k, rookie here...

Looking through my templates and I don't see:

forumhome_sidecolumn_left template

Where can I find this?

Thanks,
Mark

3dsoft 09-27-2006 04:19 AM

The sidebar shows up in that live demo only on forumhome. How is it possible to display that side navigation on all pages?

Hornstar 09-27-2006 04:46 AM

See this site here http://www.flyffworld.com/donate.php

I really like there navigation that they have down the left side of vbulletin.

How would you customize this navagation bar so it would look really fancy and cool like how this site has. If anyone has expierence I am interested in paying for some work done.

Thanks.

This is very simple as most of it is just images and a bit of html shouldnt be hard to make.

When you install the hack that i gave a link to it creates the template in FORUMHOME template. You gotta install the hack as it isnt default vb.
