Disable Signatures for Selected Thread

I've had a few requests for this from members... and I've seen a number of requests for something to this effect around here. So, I sat down and had at it today.

This hack adds a new thread option to disable signatures for the specified thread. Yes, there is a file edit, but it's 1 edit and it's really small. Downloading and uploading should take more time and effort than the edit itself. There's a few template edits to take care of that rascally 'show your signature' option.

Install the product and follow the instructions for the file edit and template edits.

NOTE: This has been tested and works.

Please click Install!

kk i know its for 3.6 but will it work on vb3.5.4 ??

It should work just fine with 3.5.x. Try it and if it doesn't, I'll make a 3.5.x version.

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE thread ADD sigdisable TINYINT NULL DEFAULT 0;

MySQL Error : Table 'gfxfreaks.thread' doesn't exist

Ok, I'm so sorry for posting so many messages in a so short time, but I made some searches and found the following MODs that might help others looking for the same functionality as I'm (which is to find a way to disable signatures on selected forums only)
