Just a question. Why does the new thread button comes with a lock?

sorry for this i fixed it please upload this buttons to powerturkorange/buttons folder and overwrite

deleted posts dosen't have a button,the button is not showing up
can u check this please

what name should i give
i gave delete.gif
but its not showing up when we delete post

right click on delete image indiancinema, it's already named.
But it is trashcan_small.gif
