Recomendation +

Folks,

In the very recent past I had a bad experience w/ a member of this board.
I was VERY clear in my communications, all written, etc. My chain was yanked so effin hard that I finally had to pull the plug. I can not devulge whom it was at this point till settlement is reached.
I personally spent many, many hours fixing the xml file sent to me. I had to get help, I asked again for help on this board. I found some help from a young man in India and I wish to Thank Him Publically for his help and I wish to tell others about this young and upand coming young man.
His name is "Sunil" I will let him elaborate more. I can tell you that after 5 hours he was able to do a HUGE punchlist of problems on my forum AND THEN SOME. He is very level headed. I checked out a coupl of his references as well prior and they too were all THUMBS UP for him.
His Email address is kshatriyarules@hotmail.com If you need a good coder, THIS IS YOUR MAN. A very young man w/ a GREAT head on his shoulders.
again;

Thanks for your recommendation B.A.D. :)

To others; This is someone showing his appreciation for the hard work of a coder after being let down by another - This does not require negative comments from individuals within the community unless they have a negative experience with the mentioned coder that they feel would aid others in finding a suitable coder for the job...

Thank you,

Chris

Chris,
I applaud you a rep. of the VB team for stepping up to the plate and doing what needed to be done. Frankly, I could not believe what I saw here yesterday, those replies were childish 2nd post, and uneducated 1st post.

This is my first license I have bought from VB. It has been one heck of a ride! VBulletin is an EXTREMELY POWERFUL software suite, yet, intuitive and not so "out there" that the "normal" guy can not catch on to bits and pieces of the overall scheme as he goes, if he just opens his eyes a bit. Not
having the abilities of men like "Sunil Varma" a name you will all eventually learn, I have to hire on skilled coders such as he.

Personally I needed more, originally I asked for it here, it was a VERY bad experience, and someday, I will tell my tale to the Masses. Till this is settled either in or out of the judicial system, I remain silent, EXCEPT to tell your members Chris, of the wonderful young lad I found in India whom deserves recognition and 3 atta boys with 2 thumbs up for his work on my site. This kid (and I mean this from a friendship standpoint) proclaims he is only 19 years old. If true, he will be a HUGE force to be reckoned with, starting NOW, well actually yesterday whenever I first applauded him.

He found SO MANY MISTAKES in the code I was given, the code I was given as done, complete, HA! NOT!

Perhaps it was not Status Quo, for a member of this board to THANK another member publicly for a job well done. Where I come from it is the norm, to Do Unto Others As you would Wish They Do Unto You.

Again, if anyone needs a coder try this young man;

Can we see that original hideous code that needed to be fixed and the new code that made you so happy? :)

It's not out of the ordinary for comments to be made about a member, however, comments are generally given with examples of the work done. If you don't mind providing the URL of the work completed, the previous coding and so forth, I am sure you'd save both your time and the vBulletin.org mods from having to continually come to this thread and clean it.

Funny how the poster has disappeared isn't it.
