each user can customize the blog page
each user can upload their work(Art)
each user can leave comment on other.
and its intergrated with vbulletin.

I have to agree shadowness is really good, I liked there first site though years ago .. I think I have membership on it, although been a while since I was on it .. they have some awesome wall papers through ..
