Avatars not showing
 

All the users avatars are not showing in the arcade, all the users get the default no avatar picture instead. How to fix this :(

How are Avatars stored (DB, Files) ?
Which vBulletin-Version do you have ?

I have vBulletin 3.5.4 and Avatars are stored in folders not db

As this is working fine on my site with the same configuration, please provide ACP+FTP-Access via PM and I will take a look ...

I have a similar problem too. How did you fix it? My problem is dat some member avatar show some does not I do not know Y.

Here something I have try.. move the custom avatar folder to images folder ... still no luck .. it work fine everwhere in the forum except for the arcade

interesting...maybe there should be an "update user avatars".

I try that too my friend but still doesn't work....I look at the no avatar property it show the wrong path ...arcade/images/noavatar.gif ----> instead of user avatar path

the no avatar property has nothing to do with it.

can you provide info on the difference between the ones that show and the ones that dont? is it just custom avatars?

If those who have avatar-problems could please send ACP+FTP-Access via PM so I can check their code and adapt it to work ?
After that the adaptions will directly go into v2.5.7+ :)

I'm having the same problem.

I fixed the avatar-bug for v2.5.7+ so that all kind of avatars stored anywhere will show up correctly

Can you give us a temporary fix?

Thanks for a a great plugin, its quite possible that the arcade plugins are one of the most important plugins to come to bulletin boards lol

I've got 2.5.8+ and I've still got this problem. My avatars are stored in files too.

Correction-

Its only not showing on the page that shows up when you've added a new high score. i.e.

<forum root>/index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore

I again improved the avatar-code and hope now really everything is good in v2.5.9+ :)
