Every Coder Starting to Remove his CODE ?
I visited a few thread and i see the attachment is removed what's up with this :surprised:
maybe admin should not give permisson for the coder to delete their attachment .. :D |
Its how coders fight back..
If they arent respected, why should they offer you free code. |
Interesting, really...

You probably looked at some template hacks that have no attachement. |
It's one thing to announce that you are fed up, one thing to get up and leave, but I think removing stuff is going too far.
Suggestions are helpful and can help the community improve. But this kind of thing is very detrimental and won't solve anything... |

Somehow I TOTALLY missed what's going on here....
Maybe it's because I just recently got back from a lack of time and didn't catch a thing that happened here recently.... Can someone fill me in? As short as possible, plz :) |

To give a short answer to the original question: vBulletin.org don't own the copyright of these attachments. The author has the full rights to do with them as he wants, whatever others think of that. It is not up to the staff to decide if he can remove his own work or not. |

Just seems a shame that some coders decide to spite the community as a whole because they're un-happy with a handful of people.
Oh well, life goes on. Alan. /me deletes all his hacks That'll learn you! Learn you good!! |
Alan, full moon is over, no need to remove them now anymore. :D
|
Lol...

Things change, your willingness to adapt and change with them determines your level of involvement. Coders come and go for many reasons, but taking their ball and leaving is an old tradition started back on the playground when we were just a couple feet high and will continue in different forms throughout our many stages of life.
|
Whats your obsession with balls? :p
|
It's a metaphor, how you read into it says alot about your train of thinking.

LOL. Well, I did say to humor me. None of those made sense with "Ventrilo FTW" but it's cool.
We should have Ventrilo sessions. :) |

I currently have a 56 (should be bumped to 70 now) man up for a while now. Along with the IRC I think a voice utility can be beneficial.
|
Skype is much better IMHO (in my humble opinion) :p
I use it as an aleternitive phone service. Skypein and Skypeout. |
