Could you provide some information or link on what it does? All I can gather is that it either:
A. Creates a myspace group based on your email address.
or
B. Creates an account using the same logon details needed for MySpace.

it fills out a form using details from your myspace account.

I like it, and would probably find a way of integrating with my site if released. Of course you might have already covered that base.

If I would release this, I would like to first learn how to make it take your myspace profile pic and add it as your VB avatar for registration.

holy crap! :p can you use it to populate feilds from myspace into custom usercp feilds?

ie:

mypsace "who I'd like to meet" would populate my userCP feild13.

This looks like it's going to be a wicked mod!!

I reckon that more people would register on your site if you had this mod running. A lot of people feel "another site, another profile... I can't be bothered to type all of my info in again"... but if this mod pulls in stuff from Myspace it'll be a different story.

Using this mod I assume site admins would be able to easily tie up Myspace fields to their own Custom Profile Fields.

I could give a rats ass if you release it or not. Don't waste everyones time with these stupid ass threads asking if you should release something. If you want to release it, release it. if you don't, then don't. But for gods sake, enough with these stupid threads trying to get people to beg for a mod.

Why not it was a great plugin.

Becuase it's probably not even his or it's got so many bugs in it's not worth fixing... i don't get why he made this stup[id thread in the first place.

There are no bugs, its just not worth making it into a public hack for me...

I would have to go through alot of code... (its not as simple as you think..)

I think you should make the hack and charge like the photo people do! This hack would be really great if we can get a social hack birthed! I know there are some coders working hard on it! and from what I undrestand of it the rest *edit* I'm not gonna go there!

Anyway, if its to much work, I see plenty of coders around that would prolly be interested helping porting!

If you code it and set it up on subscription, people will pay..how ever the whole cat and mouse thing tends to put a bad taste in many mouths ;)

Its just that this hack is using no plugins anything easy. I manually put everying together. So if i was going to release it, it would be hard to get everything together. If I was worth my time to release it I would, but I dont have time to waste. I had no idea this hack, needed soo many changes.
