ibProArcade multiple CMPS-Module
 

This is a multiple CMPS-Module that is highly configurable :cool:

You can setup if each of the included Info-Boxes should appear or not, and how many Games/Scores each one should show.
This Module can be used as a center-Module displaying alot of information, or just a sidebar-Module with just one (or more) active Info-Boxes.

The Module can show:
* Latest Scores
* Latest Highscore-Champions
* Top X Highscore-Champions
* Random Game(s)
* newest Game(s)
* most popular Game(s)
* best rated Game(s)

Check the attached Screenshot for an example-view.

Please notive that there is no AJAX implemented in here, if somebody wants to extend this Module and add AJAX to the Random-Infobox at least, feel free to do so ;)


This was developed today using vBulletin 3.5.4, vbAdvanced v2.1.0 and ibProArcade v2.5.5+


How to install:
1) Upload the .module-File with vbAdvanced's AdminCP-Functions
2) Import the .xml-File with vBulletin's Product-Manager

I updated the Archive a few seconds ago, please download it again.

I tested the import of the Module and it works fine - make sure to use vBulletin 3.5.4 and vbAdvanced 2.1.0 ;)

There is exactly one Query per active Info-Box, you can switch each one on/off ...

hmm..it's not showing up on my main page. I thought I was doing it right, but I guess not, can you please help?

I have vb3.5.3 CMPS 2.1.0 and ibproArcade 2.5.5 . This hack doesn't work with vb 3.5.3?

i got the same problem. wasn't much to the install. i am pretty sure i installed it right

ive installed this as instructed and its not showing,i'm running the latest arcade,vb 3.5.0 and CMPS v2.1.0

EDIT UPDATE:
I got it to show,what you need to do is go to vBa CMPS in adminCP scroll down to "EDIT PAGES" click that select when the new page opens say for your homepage click edit then scroll down a little and find the arcade and tick the box and save see screen below

This Template seems to belong to vbAdvanced Portal, not to this Module ;)

Ok, I am still not able to get it to show up and I have read this thread over and over... this is the error I am getting...

What can I do?

Am I not suppose to use the download/upload module in the CMPS? I have never done this kind of thing so I am pretty unsure how to do it. I also used the product manager to install the .xml, that part was easy lol

i would say that you should delete the ibparcade.php and start over but since I dont have this working on my forum I cant tell you whether or not that should work or be done.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this hack adds around 20+ queries to the vbA CMPS main page, doesn't it? I set it active and queries sky rocketed to 45, disable it and queries went down to 21!

it was mentioned that this added one query for each function you wanted shown.

This may sound dumb...but where is the import manager to upload XML files for this mod? I am stumped...I have done tons of mods for VB, and I have never used this, nor can I find it. Thanks for any help.
