Style of the month contest?

I see hack of the month beeen organised here and its very popular, my point & request is why dont you organise theme of the month?

Designer like me who are putting their hard work will be encouraged and feel happy...

This will motivate us to do better and the whole vB community will gain from this...

How is a new style differentiated from a template edit in the forum ?

Edit: Nevermind, I see they have different forums. I'm sure they used to be combined, maybe not then ....

Great idea, it would stimulate the designers to make more and better styles :)

I'm a bit curious what type of styles are being sought after. Hmm...

This has been asked for a few times - I think its being considered or something, not too sure.

It would be an interesting concept, not only as a style designer myself, though I would like to see if it would perk interest in free style design. IPB has had a wonderful following of free style designers, vBulletin, however has not had such a great history of such (not specifically a bad thing, business is business).

I would however like to know/hear more from other staff members.

Just have an idea i thought i might add to help make vbulletin.org even better, and that is along with hack of the month, maybe Style of the Month.

I am not sure how many have actually went in and looked at some of the style's members have designed, but alot of them are very well put together, easy to install whether as a parent style or a child style.

Just an idea to help keep member's flowing through the site and to hopefully help increase the start of new coder's within the site.

Dang, i started my own post on this......I didn't realize that someone else had also brought this up.......I think it is a great idea.

VB.org admins should really look into this idea, i don't believe it would take much to set it up.....We (VB.org) are gaining some awesome coder's, and some of these style's are very impressive......

I mean seriously, look at this one for example: Heavy Metal and there are other's, i just wanted this one to be seen as a great example.

Heavy Metal, by Infrantrymen is nice. I also like Allan's Gant Style. :)
