How do I add stuff to "Give Gifts"

Just upload the gifts to ur forums images/gifts folder.

Do I need to have them a certain format? Or do I need to import them?

all of the gifts in there now are transparent gifs

So am I to understand that you don't need to modify any files, all you have to do is upload the image file, and then it shows up as a gift using the filename?

By the way, I'd like to have each gift cost a different amount, will this be possible in the next version? For example, a gift: laptop costs 1000 points while a gift: car (i.e. BMW) costs 35000 points. Also, using the gift name description text would be an added bonus instead of using the name from .gif image.

I'd agree, if there was a way to "group" gifts into different categories that would be very double plus good!

If the gifts are to be put into different categories, it would require putting them into a database table and u couldnt simply upload gifts anymore to add them, it would have to go thru an admin cp option like the avatars do in the Admin CP to add them.

I thought it was better this way since it was so easy to upload new gifts. If the majority of the people think its better to use Admin CP to add them, I could add this on the todo list for the future.

i would really really like this option of adding different gift/item categories & prices, adding them through the adminpanel would be fine with me.

I like the admin option too! I think it is great either way though :D

Thank you CMX. This could be an integral add-on to many who can benefit from having unique shops.

Yeah, I've added the ability to add/edit/delete Ribbons, so I'll do the same for the gifts in the near future.

(v1.5.7 Beta 1 has the ability to add/edit/delete ribbons from the Admin CP, currently available to Branding Free customers at http://www.vbplaza.com/forums/ in the Premium Forums.)
