A better garage system
 

There's a really good one for phpbb that I would love to see done in VB or even done better.

I'm sure there's quite a few others that would be willing to chip in for this.

I would probably be willing to do this depending on how many people chip in and how much the end result will be.

Hmm. Another gallery system for vB (with rating, comment, Admin CP support)? That could be cool.

I will also chip in some $$ for a good garage system BUT the hack will have to be universal maning that it can be used for other sites that are not related to cars. I run an aquarium site and I would like to use it so my members can upload pictures of there tanks and its specs. Fields that the admin can pre-define in admincp.

If you make it a universal hack you will be more interested people and many more installs trust me...

I would be willing to chip in also, but would request that it be real similar to the one mentioned above.

I will make it so that you can add your own fields (like i do to a lot of my hacks hehe).

Once you guys have a decent amount of money, let me know and we can sort something out. Perhaps the version i make you guys can be light and released here and then i can release a premium after and you guys will each get one for free or something like that.

I think that they are looking for more of a full script, rather than a profile add on. However, it is rather interesting what you did with your profile.

I guess the first think we need to figure out is what you consider a "decent amount of money"?

I agree.. I also think that if we are going to provide the cash flow for this script design that it should not be FREE to others that are not paying.. My .02 cents but I am rather willing to pitch in to get this created..

I don't think you'll have to worry about that, bada_bing. Like many mods there are the Lite versions and Pro versions. The Lite versions consist of the minimal code, somewhat of a prelude to something bigger. Generally, this version is a free script. The Pro versions have full-packaged options and features. It is the Pro version gio~logist will make available to only those who pay.

If anyone interested in my style 'Profile add-on' .. I can start ASAP .. It doesnt have to look like mine either .. I can make it almost 100% custom.

I like your profile add-on and would pay a little for something like that but would pay more for the whole garage type script. So, I guess we just need to figure out who wants what.

code is way over my head I'm afraid, it might happen if you can get an advanced/master coder in on this
