Postbit Marquee

Hello Friends this is my first plugin:D

Description
This plugin adds marquee text to postbit.You can use html tags with text.Changable colors,text size,marquee speed,marquee direction (left,right or up) You can write your sponsor links etc.

İnstallation

import the product.
go to admincp>>vbulletin options>>Haylaz Postbit Marquee Settings

Than open your postbit or postbit_legacy template

find:

Can this be controlled per usergroup and is it able to be modified in users cp?

yes you can control it in usercp

admincp>>vbulletin options>>Haylaz Postbit Marquee Settings

its for all usergroup not controlable usergroup

I am just a bit confused because this shows up for some members and not others. It would be great if it could be used for seperate usergroups as I cant see this edit option in the admincp>>vbulletin options>>Haylaz Postbit Marquee Settings Can you advise please.
