|
Hi
Ok 1st off i get this error when i search for a word but with no replacement word Code:
MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; scrollbar-3dlight-color : #E2E9F6' at line 2 I click go back and that dont work either Any advice please? |
Do these work on posts and threads though, i thought they only worked on the templates and so on?

did u tried one word?

Yep tried that as well....I have tried small made up words to replace made up words incase i did work and changed stuff i didnt want it to lol

and it doesnt physically change the word like this seems to do, say you hate it when people call "wheels" "rims" You enter rims into the replacement variables, make it change it to wheels or whatever you wish and thats it. And the ability to edit it per theme also makes this super cool |
I tried it in 3 forums
and its worked I'll test it again |
Wait For next release beebi had fix the bugs
|
1.9 Released Bugs had Fixed in this release i had tried it and working very fine
|

WOW! This will save me lots of work!!!!
I will install when I need it howver as I don;t need it atm :) |
excellent hack, i needed to edit a bunch of parsed rss articles to remove "<br /> from the posts.
is there any way to have the word replacer continuously run, ie, if anyone posts with the word "dog" in their posts, it automatically changes it to "cat"? |
Just installed, worked great :D
|
Not working. I don't have the option in the admin CP. I refreshed several times, and I uploaded the php file to the admin CP, but to no avail. I could realy use this. ;)
|
Anyone know why this would be?
|
Since upgrading to 3.6 this hack no longer works, it gives this db error
Code:
Database error in vBulletin 3.6.0: |

|
same type error for me too
Code:
Database error in vBulletin 3.6.3: |
It's a mistake in the code, you could go into replacer.php and replace all instances of "post_parsed" with "postparsed".
|
awesome, worked! GO you!! thanks man
|
