uhmm the forum icons and buttons he said his custom ones wont go unless vb support makes them go or something, designer telling the truth?

also the second navbar he cant find where to edit the colors. Anyone got a clue? he also doesnt know where is the master graphics file for some of the buttons like the folder and stuff. Anyone know?

This has nothing to do with your post but I would be weary about the use of myspace in your domain name. Myspace lawyers are trigger happy lately.

lol dont worry. Had that covered quite a few months ago with our legal team and myspace's legal team. This is a huge project and discussed everything legal wise.

I had to pop a few serotonin pills lol during these last 4 hours that he still couldnt get the damn colors right. Now hes outta town till monday. Our team here is PISSED. It just seems to never be right on the first or second try. I guess you could say bad at turning ideas into work when it comes to anything but cartoon graphic design.

He tried fixing the second navbars colors and it turned out worse. Right before he left he started playing around with it. Now the font colors are screwed up in quite a few places not only icons missing currently but colors that were right are screwed up. Some category title colors are messed up, some links you click the color it turns into is different - some places blue, soome places yellow. OMG annoying.

i have the files he did and psd's. If someone could help that would be nice. So we dont have to wait till monday for him to say something else who knows what.

Would be nice if the colors etc came together more and was better designed. I like the logo a lot, but the forum design itself needs some work!

Are they allowed to even take you to court?

Ive given up on this guy. He sucks. Hes great at logo work. I have a feeling that the vb work on bodybuilding.net was done more by the owner. If theres anyoone who can help me redesign the site with working color schemes to match the logo and not shocking on the eyes. Please help. I dont want to pop more pills over this lol

uh yes...myspace is most likely trademarked. even more so now that it is owned by News Corp.

The header sorta has my attention.. but everything below it turns me off completely.

That light blue/yellow/red does not mix together well at all. Sorry.

The description under your forum category is redundant, you just repeat the category name and add "forums" to the end of it. It's a waste of space.

I'm not really digging the red and yellow setup. The first thing that popped into my head was McDonald's. :\

lol the site is only like 70% done. Still have to finish some descriptions. The category descriptions are placeholder. As for the color scheme, the current one is actually preferred by a polled audience.

Way too many forums.

maybe for the silent opening but not for launch week. few million radio listeners, few million myspace members and groups will know of the site all in the same few days. So want to offer a wide selection of conversation for the targeted groups.

The header is just way too big. At 1600x1080 your actual forums are barely on my screen.

I love the header logo :up:

however, the site will have a slow start if you keep it the way it is

1)__ it's too much ... it looks like you are desperate
2)__ too many ads on main page will scare people away; the front page should be inviting
3)__ too much of the yellow background ... you need some balance
