or if they are a member of a group that can admin the images ( they can only admin public images set by the image uploader) |
I love.
It seems to be easy and nice to use :) EDIT: where is the pack to download ? |
Can this be used as a member's gallery and then put something like this member's recent images hosted or?
it would be so awesome... :D |
Wow this could be useful for my forums. Thanks bro! :D

Currently it can't be 100% gallery it's somewhat a gallery if you view the list of users who uploaded The main function of it was to host images not to view them as gallery .. but I'll keep that in mind in the next release |

will be working on it :) |
This looks very nice.
One Question: Will this hack upload images to a different server other than the one the forum is on? I have a "media" server that I use for audio and pics that has a differnt ip. TY in advance! |

but that is an intresting idea .. will add it in the to do list :) |
is this bandwidth needed or something
|
any reason why my members can not view other members uploads?
when they click on "view all members images" they don't see other members images. |
Very cool! Would be great to let people specify X number of photos to display in their profile, with a link to the rest of them.
Would also be cool if admins can specify a .png image to be used as a watermark on the lower right side of each uploaded image. :) Will be watching this one and will probably install soon! :) |
also is there any way to make all images public?
|
I had to comment this line out in vbimghost.php to get my navbar dropdowns working. Was getting javascript errors before.
Code:
$headinclude = str_replace('clientscript', $vbulletin->options['bburl'] . '/clientscript', $headinclude); |

other wise it won't show to anyone else |

Couple Of Issues and Suggestions :
I have a different skin, not the default one that comes with vBulletin, in my skin the navbar links are'nt in text, they are in image, I did create and implement image for the image hosting and introduced it there and seems to working fine, how do I get rid of the arrow icon that you have integrated in the id=vbimghost, where can I edit to remove that small arrow, as I have designed a arrow withing the image. Next, after everything was completed, and working fine, when I click to upload image, view image or perform any operation, i just get same error as that there are no images and something same of the sort. Once you clear my doubts and this suggestion, I will try re-installing again! Thanks a lot for this hack, I have been looking for some long time and finally its here, just provide a support for people using images in navbar ! Regards, DC |
