im surprised there isn't ANY AUCTION or CLASSIFIEDS for 3.5x yet... can anyone hook one of those up? It'll be nice for the whole 3.5x community to get their hands on 1 and alot of "installed" potential...

Photopost has a classifieds script that integrates into vB.

PhotoPost Classifieds includes the ability to put an item up for "auction"; you can also charge for ads to produce revenue.

I have been trying to install photopost classifieds for two day now. There support sucks. If anyone has suggestions I would like to here from you. And I will not let them do it. I have been to other forums and found the same problems. There are a lot of unsatified customers out there.

Please don't hijack somebody elses thread. Also this is a vB support forum, not a PhotoPost Support forum. Please try to get help on their support forums.

I would like to know who's thread I hijacked first of all. And I am sorry that I had to come over here to see if anyone has any knowledge of what photopost classifieds are all about. And for there forum. Your read it. They have so many complaints its insane. I thought forums where suposed to help people out.

If you PM me your username on PhotoPost; I'll check into your claims that nobody is being helpful.

I also cannot wait for an intergration of a auction into vB 3.5....

I happen to agree with Hollow_soul. I have photopost and photopost-classified and I'm trying to integrate them with VB and unfortunately this support is lacking on the other forum but considering I do own VB do you think I could post my questions here and also get some help here. To be honest most of my questions have been ignored and it's very irritating. And I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I did purchased photopost. I purchased photopost because the vda-gallery wasn't available anymore and no telling when it would be available.

If you have questions on coding for vB (even if it is to integrate another product with vB), you are free to post them here. I would however suggest to start your own topic.

I've seen gallery and forums that both use the forum-system. Sort of enhancement with Gallery/articles/tuts in mind. Why not one for auctions and classifieds? It would mean they could use the forum-search to find it. No weird intergration issues because it would BE vb.

I too have been looking for something like this. Is SR Classifieds any good? I tried doing a search and didn't get much feedback. It looks good but wanted to find some people using it first before I spent the money for it.

I'd love an auction hack but also would like just a simple classifieds hack someoone pays a flat fee for an ad.
