THis was asked for at vb.com. Quick Whip Up.

Indeed using 3 times the same tag doesn't look that nice, I actually doubt it's valid html then.

this hack isnt for the navbar.
however if you want to use it there all you need to do is a simple change to your css

That will out put this:



THREAD TITLE

This thread has "X" replies and has been viewed "X" times.


now add to your additional css definitions:



h2

{

        font-size: 14px;

        text-align: center;

        margin: 0;

        padding: 0;

}



#h2stats

{

        font-size: 10px;

        text-align: center;

}

I got this off of this site somewhere. You can modify the size of the text displayed and even remove the "replies" section if you like. This is MUCH more efficient and customizeable. You can add additional css definitions to add colors and effects if you like.

If it's too big for you, you can also use other H tags.

i.e.: <H2> <H3> <H4>

I like this one better so this thread gets the *install*.
Simple and to the point. I dont need all that clutter from the other one. This is supposed to be for SEO purposes not actually something your readers should care about.
