Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-header_marquee.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

Just Step1

well thats rather confusing - it seems step 1 is now basically old step 1 and 3 now .. and since the problem i had was step 3 ... anyways i still got the same problem :(

yea did a uninstalled of old one and install new onw still no go

Please delete the old one and change to load with a new one.

step 2 and step 3 is canceled. Now only you use step1 and after you change in the setting group - header marques options.

yes did that but it's not showing the header marquee option in >>vbulletin options

Same here, still not seeing it.. tried the newest file after an un-install.

I'm getting no marquee setting in vbulletin options or anywhere for that matter.

you should be able to add colour by using these tags
<font color="blue">your text here</font>

blue is only example put any colour you want
