Something like a shaking head then he reaches and grabs a pistol and puts it to his temple then shoots and blood shoots out of the other side of his head.

a knife in the head is that different than a bullet to the head?

just to make sure im clear...this site vbulletin.org has the knife in the head smilie

actually on closer examination with a magnifier it looks like an arrow going all the way thru his head and blood coming out of the wound and the smilie is dead based on his eyes being x's
