Hmm, I think you should take the same precautions like SD did and not do a complete style until the style files are not subject to change. (Which would be vB3 Final)

I personally would advise not doing any style modifications until it is OUT of beta and into a more stable, non-changing release.

You may do as you wish, but take it from someone who has been using the admin CP for the past months, the templates have been updating like crazy so if you want to design around vB3, plan on updating each style when they do else you may be discluding something important or useful.

Knowing vBulletin, It's not 100% sure. But, I think our luck just might change this time around..
