Hack: User ip on forumhome

What it dose: When a user is logged in it shows their current ip on the forums home page right after 'Welcome back 'username here'.

Why install?

If you run a gaming board this can be useful to your users if they run servers.

Ben]I run a vBulletin forum for a Gaming Community.

I tried your mod and the mod for the drop down menu to select a style but both are not working.

For the IP, I only see "Welcome back, [JAB] Ben your ip is " without an IP and without the menu.

I followed your instruction to the letter.

I run a vBulletin v2.2.2 over a FreeBSD, running a MySQL engine.

Maybe it's because it's not up to date? (2.2.9)

If his doesn't work, try this:

Then use $currentip instead of $bbuserinfo[ipaddress]. It might be because you're using an old version, yes.

Its the verson, it was tested and ran fine on 2.2.8 and 2.2.9 RC.

then what would $bankuser[bankval] on a old vb version?

I want to show the persons cash in the bank the same way as the ip but its not working heh.
