Hot Computer Jobs for Teens
 

Well, it's that time again for me to find a job, although I really don't wanna get some grocery store job like I had last summer. This summer I much rather use my knowledge and experience in computers and programming (mySql/php/c++) to get good paying job. Even just plain computer maintenence would be nice. But even better, a job as a web designer ;)

Anyway, I'm not pro at programming but I learn fast from actually being assigned a real task to work on, and am a very efficient and hard worker (my Cross Country coach can vouch on that one ^_^). I'm 16, incase anybody was wondering, and I just need some good pointers on where to find good computer jobs, or maybe places to look (..or even better, hook me up! ;)). In my Ap Computer Science class this school year there was this real guy named Alex who is 17 and worked in some easy business of computers. Although he only worked for about 4 hours aday he was making, quoted by him, $17 an hour. That kind of money would help me out tons, and he's about the same level as me in programming and computer knowledge in networking and hardware. I checked up on the guy's business one day that he worked at, on a day he was working, and nonetheless I saw his cheap mazda Mazda 626 in the parking lot.

So do any of you fellow webmasters know of a good way for a 16 year old (and this goes for anybody else here too looking for computer job rather than the usual) to get a good job in the computer industry. As stated, I rather use my skill in what I like and excel in than working at another crummy place making $6.75/h.


PS: Anybody need a webmaster? ;)

Anyway, there are no amusement parks within 50 miles of where I live, so I'm outta luck. I just need a computer job!

In the summe month august i alwasy work at a security company with some friends. We have to look after one great hall each of us, but nothing else to do, so i can take my laptop and will do some project when i find s.o. who needs anything ;)

was contracted by Air Canada to do custom design and webmastering for 60$ an hour.

The reason i posted i may need a web designer / programmer that can hack Vbulletin as well. However it would be under a contract.
