Spam bots that can answer random questions?
Over the years, using the random question option, with a vast amount of questions has all but eliminated by spammer problem. As of the last couple of weeks they seem to be unhindered by this, today, my staff cleaned up 600 posts alone.
reCaptcha doesn't do squat, looking into FunCaptcha as an option, but I just cannot figure out how to stop them anymore. I am more than confused by how they are bypassing the random question feature which seems to be working on many forums that I am a member on, some even using versions of vBulletin older than my own (3.8). Frustrated. Vented. Guess I am asking fur suggestions now? |

When was the last time you changed your random questions? It is quite possible they figured out the answers to them if they have been around for awhile.
