I miss you guys!!
Hey everybody!!! It's been a long time since I stopped in to say whats up. vBulletin got alot further along in the versions than I thought it would since I was on here last time. I might be on here quite a bit more in about 5 months or so. I don't know if most or some of you remember, but I joined the military a couple years back and I absolutely love it. Only one bad thing has gotten in the way.... I'm being medically discharged in about 5 months :(. I really don't want to get out, especially like this, but apparently there's some other plans for me, doing something else. Maybe now, I'll have time to take care of my forum and bring some mods that I've made back to life if they don't work with the newer versions of vBulletin. I'm going to have quite a few stories for everybody as well after I get separated, all the awesome things I've seen and done as a Hospital Corpsman (NEC 8404, if any of you know what that means ;). If not, I'll tell you later). I might even post one up tomorrow if I get time.
Talk to you all soon, Redlinemotorsports, USN |
Hi Brooks, long time no see... :)
good to see you're still alive.... so you're discharged for what? broke a nail? (i know militaries are tough sometimes!) hey, yeah, will be good to have your stuff upgraded, because there is a lack of upgrades here lately.. :) |
No, I wish nexia. I found out I have a bad heart (Myocardial bridging and Inappropriate sinus tachycardia) and the military is worried about me having a heart attack or something while I'm out running with the Marines. I can P.T and keep up and doing everything just as good or better than some Marines but they still want to separate me to I guess cover themselves.

I wish you Good Luck, if it makes you feel any better the British Army is just as bad, Too much politics and too many government officials diverting money away from the armed services. When a guy on the front line loses both legs from a landmine gets ?50,000 compensation and a Secretary in the Ministry of Defence in london gets ?600,000 for RSI injury to her thumb, you know its time to get out. Good Luck Buddy  |
