About this hack:
This addon allows to vote for a posting (Top or Flop). This will be visually displayed.

How to config?
Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> TOF Settings

- vBulletin Star-Voting can be deactivated
- Minor bug fixes
- completely 3.7. x and 3.8 compatibile

I am presuming this is a Hot or Not type thing ?

Could you explain how we invoke the english version , en_language file included, but where and how do we initiate it?

Does this or can this replace the star ratings?

ANy suggestions as to implementing the English bit please

removing until coder can explain english version, as its causing DB errors for non registered users.
