Database error (time take backup automatic)
 
hello

my forum v3.7.0

i in WHM---->Backup--->Configure Backup--->automatic backup from Account site me

daily: Friday, Sunday ,Wednesday

and weekly ,monthly

but 1 problem :

every days than automatic take backup from account me (site me)
site me =Database error

why ...

what is problem ?

i have same pb with new version 3.7

i have download 3.9.10 for me it's more stable

with version 3.7 i have all days pb in database

this error today ,

synchronic with create backup automatic, weekly (Thursday) time 5:00 AM GMT London

or backup daily or monthly again database error

I think he's trying to backup his databsae from the adminCP, or using some sort of modification.

The only realiable way to do this is with SSH however.

That error indicates that the information entered in config.php are not correct.

why only this error ,time create backup automatic of site ?

for other times not error
