[Help Please] PM error

Cant send any pm

vBulletin Message :

Could not find phrase 'cantpm'

i'm using VB 3.5.4

try disabling your products one at a time until you find the problem. If they are all disabled and the problem still persists, import the vbulletin-language.xml file found in your install folder setting it to overwrite the existing language. This will replace any missing default phrases.

Did you reimport the vbulletin-language.xml via import languages overwriting the existing one?

Have you installed anything new recently since you were last able to send a PM successfully?

In your config.php file, right at the top on a new line under <?php put

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Then see if you still have the error. If you don't then it is linked to something that you have installed.

after put it i have error msg

for VB CMPS :

and forum didn't display corectly

but pm is available

ok, so now disable all products in the product manager, then remove the line from your config file and start enabling the products one at a time checking it between each one until you find the one that is causing the error.

trouble on plugins :cant use pm with out X posts

i shut it down..

No probs. If you ever get any errors, this method is always the best place to start. 99% of the time you find the bug.
