Installed on localhost with 4.2PL2, no problems so far barr one issue, in the forum display the icon is not being resized. I have used an image that is 220px x 220px to force resizing, as you can see the image is not being resized, is this normal?

The forumdisplay uses the small icon... Are you using the uploader or just inserting the same image path into all 3 fields?

I'll see if we can force a resize but as its a 40x40 and theres a lot of them, keeping file size down seems important too :D

added product, moderated it just fine. but when I tried to add a review I received the following error message when I submit the review:

Can you turn on error debugging and see what additional details are provided?

Also, does this happen with products created via the admin as well [you mentioned moderation so I assume this item was added as "user"]?

I added a new product through the add product button in the forum, there is only one image upload field where you enter the image url, there is no uploader!

I have tried altering existing Product by duplicating the same image url, this is where I found the not resizing thing.

On another point, when clicking the Upload a new product photo? in manage products I get this error:

****** EDIT ********

Existing Products will not have the other icons either would they, this will be a pain for sites already using this mod, in a day or so my site will around 300 products listed, nadgers to editing them all to include the new icons, can this be done during the upgrade, or will it have to be a manual edit process?.

Updated to reflect 1.3.0 beta 2 changes.

You can enter a url when you make a product but to upload you have to create the product first... Made this a little clearer in beta 2. No worries though, our new bulk resizer will turn those links into images for you.

Resizing 300 images would timeout the browser for the installer and can't be done until we have your settings anyways. We've made a resync script that's in the next version, solves the problem.

Update posted. Removed.

cool, I'm checking on my end again.

yes, i used one of my vendor users to add the product and had no issues.

i resized and uploaded to a local directory for my thumbnails before inputting them as links - no issues. though i will test the resizing today since my vendors have gotten excited about this product

Upload this version of admincp/productforums.php and it should resize all external images into 300x300, 60x60 and 40x40 thumbnails.

Note: all existing image urls will be removed. Back up the pf_product table before you run this to be safe.

We just finished up a bulk resizer script which will let you import XML data or add images manually and can then build out the thumbnails... Saves time if you're copying & pasting.

As far as the error, that's getting triggered when we try to create a new thread so I wonder if there's a missing element or issue with the forum it's going into? The error debug should help.
