Maybe this has been answered and I'm not seeing it, but can the postbit integration be disabled in the Lite version?

We have had no reports of this mod causing any server load issues.

Not via the vBulletin Options, no.

It seems to me that the Tag User(s) says:

But it actually uses a semi-colon? Not user friendly.

Other than that it works in 4.1.7

Yeah, that functionality has changed since the screenshot was taken. Semi-colon is vBulletin's universal username separator, whereas commas are available for use in usernames.

We've been getting quote notifications for no reason. Im not sure why or whats triggering it.

As this works with DBTech UserTagging i thought i'd take a look in the ACP for the mod. When i click on one of the user taggining options to view, we got a server error 500

Is this an obvious thing that happened? would love some help with this
