If you edit the templates of a parent style they will be used in the child templates as they are hierarchy. So you should not need to edit all styles in most cases.

I have two themes on my site, one light and one dark. I tried changing the color scheme of this mod and it affects both themes. In one it looks fine, but the other it doesn't match. Is it possible to have separate color schemes for each theme?

Either disable warnings or open the files includes/class_eg_tfh_yui.php and replace mysql_escape_string with mysql_real_escape_string at all places.
