Hey guys, Ive tried installing,b ut I get this error, looked over what other people have said but still cant fix this:

Please, what do I do?? I don't have much time to get this fixed.

You didnt hack your files correclty, upload default ones and i suggest trying again, dont edit them with somthing like dreamweaver or Microsoft Word, use somthing simple like wordpad.

Ok, now ive got it all installed and set it up in acp, but now i get this on the adv_index page:

DWard, i guess that is your apache who's settings are conflicting

Vonedaddy: i think that is because the lines to search for can be slightly different from the ones that where to find before vB gold. Look for a similar line ;)

Hi Xer,
Look in your navbar template for:

HTML Code:

And replace that with:

HTML Code:

 <td class="vbmenu_control"><if condition="[size=2]THIS_SCRIPT == 'adv_index'"><a href="$vboptions[bburl]?$session[sessionurl]"> Forums <else /> <a href="$vboptions[homeurl]?$session[sessionurl]"> Home </if></a></td>[/size]

That should do it :)

I don't know why this is happening, because it doesn't happen anywhere else..

vBadvanced doesn't keep users logged in.. until they visit the forums then go back to the vBadvanced..
Users don't stay logged in unless they:
visit forums
THEN visit vBadvanced

It works sometimes, but not all the time.. anyone can help?
