I didn't include this in the ticket but you'll find the vBulletin installation at /phoenix/forums (with the URL I provided in the ticket). I add this only because Wordpress doesn't link off to that address but to the older phpBB platform.

You are absolutely right. We had received your request on 01/23/2015 10:05 PM. But it was closed because you didn't respond to emails request for feedback. It seems an email was wrongly filtered as spam. Could you please, check your Spam folder?
