How can i add Drop-Down Items on Tab Sub Links? If i click on Parent tab i can only choose unallocated

That's right. It's not due to OS but I could't discover where is bad form of template, syntax.

I'm still trying to figure out how to make a tab other then my forum (home) tab appear highlighted/active when a different tab is selected. It's very frustrating.
