Already tried that but no results!
I did reset everything, deleted the greek language, uploaded tools, rebuilt the english language by default, set the greek language from scratch and still the same!

Same thing happened long time ago, and the guyz from vbulletin did run a query so they could delete everything that was related to mgc chatbox on the database...could you help?
Is there anyway i can give an account both for forum and phpmyadmin so you could fix it?

This chat heavily increased our serverload, from 2-3 to 20-25, you need to work on that.

To remove everything related to the chatbox you can uninstall it, this should do it no ?

And this is not very constructive unless you tell me what is your server configuration and which option you have activated.

This always is a question of configuration, setting too much functionnalities on is not server savy so this could be a reason.

I can't find a way to reverse the ignore option. To unignore?

Somehow I ignore myself, when using different login name

After installing this product including the English language I observed one phrase that was in what I believe to be French. I had enabled the prompt message and the term "Entrez Votre Chat >>" was being displayed in the box even though I had installed the English language. I searched phrases for that phrase and could not find it so I examined the installer "product-mgc_cb-evo.xml" file and discovered that is the default value for the prompt when everything else is in English. I edited the xml file and changed that to "Enter Your Chat >>", uninstalled the previous installation and reinstalled fresh and that fixed the issue. You may want to change it in the installer, you may not, that's up to you. I just thought I would share this info.

By the way, thanks for sharing this great shoutbox. It is by far my favorite of all the shoutboxes that are available.

Hello, i have a problem when i import file .xml. I have read readme.txt. This is the error.

Seems like files on your forum are all with the php5 extension ?

The only way will be to edit all chatbox files to replace .php extension by .php5.
