If friend, very good deduction yours. I liked it) Well, what happens is that we are just finishing vBulletin pay in installments and not have enough money to buy mods now.

Although this mod really, if that is very professional and complete. And well, after getting out of debt, I will come for you:) lol!

You could always check out some of the features over at DragonByte. You won't be able to see the admin side of things, but you'd get an idea of how they work. Plus, the feature list of what is included in the Pro edition is a good description. I am still waiting on some upgrades to the medal part of the product, but overall I do like the Pro edition. I recommend it if you like the Lite version.

Yeah I had a look, registered at their forums but can't get the full picture. Plus even paying for a modification is alright, the pricing structuring is putting me off with very little difference in 3 months and lifetime license. I am still debating is it worth buying the license at all? I mean who is gonna give support lifetime lol

If there was a discount like 30% or so, I'd have taken it by now even without trying. Now I am hanging on to vbExperience release. On top of that, I've installed ucash and points market....not entirely what I wanted but hey, it's free :)

If you have any questions, feel free to ask on the forums, we'll be happy to answer them.

The 3month offer wasn't there originally - it was added at the request of a customer. The different periods are related to support and updates - you'll continue to receive updates for the time period of the license =) There are bundle deals available with discounts also.

Can't go into too much detail here but as i mentioned, feel free to ask on the main site for more details etc =)

Awesome, that fixed it.

(I must have gotten the old zip moments before the new one went up.. I remember coming back to see something low like 5 downloads on the new one. ;) )

I've updated the file to include a temporary fix for the Activity page problem introduced by vBulletin version 4.0.4.

Please re-download the zip and re-upload the contents of the "upload" folder if you have upgraded to vBulletin version 4.0.4.

Is it /will it be possible to differentiate the points for different forum-areas? For example I want to give not so many points for threads and postings in the off-topic area.

Is there any demonstration site to test this addon? :)

That's currently not an option but we're looking into changing this in the future.

Nowhere you can test the administration functions, but the front-end part is available at our website ( www.dragonbyte-tech.com )

vBA v2 is now out, with these new features:

Medals are now called Awards and are now available for Lite!

Re-designed Activity Page: The tabbed system has been replaced with a new UserCP-esque Activity page, which provides greater performance and better XHTML compliance, while still showing all the same great features.

Achievement Directory: Your users can now browse a directory of all Achievements, letting them see what they are aiming for next.

Award Directory: There's also a full directory of available Awards, letting users see what special contributions they should make to earn themselves one of these prestigous awards!

Yeah, you can.
There's a "Points Settings" link in the AdminCP nav which lets you control exactly where (if at all) points show, and whether they are active.
