Yeah, I had seen the attachments you uploaded in Page 21.
but it really doesn't work in my site.

I install it follow the below steps:
1. uploaded the files from the folder "upload" to the root directory.
2. import the xml file;
3. you can view the image below I attached. there no Award Manager in ACP.

I got this error, i also upgrade my vbulletin version and it's still there, a blank space between guest messages and cannot see the "about me" and other tabs from the profile. Plz if someone know how to correct it let me know.

this is because your browser, what you have to do now is go to vbulletin.com then post a bug there telling them you browser and os information so they can track it and fix it.

I'm working on getting of the pesky database errors fixed where columns are not getting created during installation/upgrading.

This seems to be almost a hit and miss ordeal as some forums it installs on correctly, while others it says it creates the columns, but it doesn't. At first I believed this might have been due to using v4 of MySQL, but I had it happen on on a forum I installed not too long ago.

The user ID is not automatic, you do not have a version of the awards system where anything is automatic, please check your permissions on the account that is trying to request the award.

I have installed this mod on 4.0.2, and am most grateful for this program. Have read each and every post, and see some posts are a bit non respectful. hmm.
My question is this before I begin to work in ernest on this modification.
Is the creator still involved and supporting this modification? I see Xanlamin is offering a great deal of assitance...has he taken over.
Do I have reason to worry that this mod will be left parentless and will it become likely we have to disable and take back awards system in the future.

If you request (not recommend) an award, there is no user field, it is an automatic request for an award to yourself. Only in "recommend" page you specify username. I have the same problem.

What template should I edit and how should I edit it if I want it to show as the very last item in the postbit ( not after posts )

Cypher is my brother and with spring on it's way and here now, work for us has picked up. This has been stated before. This mod is supported and another version is in the works.

I am unable to reproduce this error. Make sure you are running the latest version of the mod and the latest version of vBulletin.

There are no template edits you need to do to show in the postbit. Edit your settings in the mod. As for it pulling your ID on request of course you do not need to tell it your ID, it already knows it since requesting an award is for yourself. and as above, unable to reproduce this error, make sure you are running the latest version of the mod and latest version of vBulletin.

I am still supporting the mod. I've made a few posts before stating that I am working on a few of the pesky bugs and working on automation. I do have other projects so I cannot solely work this mod alone. Paid work comes first.

members cannot request an award, it comes up with an error. usergroup permissions are all correct.

If you would like to test this out on my site, go to www.revolutionofgaming.net and you will see for yourself

Then you must have another mod that is interfering or an botched install of the awards system, Requesting and Recommending works as designed on 4.0.2.

Start to disable your other mods one by one to see if the error goes away, if not then 100% uninstall the awards mod and do a clean install of it and see what that does.

Im so stupid, the reason people and i have been getting that error was because its asks for username not user id on the request award feature in the admin cp lol..

Also a feature that needs adding is a link in the pm that gives enables you to directly accept and give the award to the member without having to do it manualy....

That has been one thing that people have been requesting, was even talking about that with some of the other admins on a few boards I run and I will be incorporating that feature into the Awards System. Just not sure on how I'll implement it. But, that is on my to-do list.
