I have a bit of an odd problem.
I use 4.1.11 and the mod was working fine but today it isn't updating the last visited message, the unread posts part is working fine. I am using Firefox.
Any ideas what I have messed up??

Well not really, but I did uninstall the mod as it was clashing with the forum sponsors logo position. I re-installed it to allow the logo to be redesigned in the correct location, it has not worked since re-installation now I think about it.

Perhaps I need to re-install again.

Damn, had to un-install it, whatever I tried it still said my last login was at 4-31pm yesterday.

That is simply built from your lastvisit time, and would suggest you have a general forum issue or a browser cookie issue. Did you check if anyone else was affected ?

Another problem here.
It starts after update vB to last version (4.1.11).
Forums that marked NO for option "Index New Posts in Search Engine" in ACP are not showing when click on unread posts.

Before upgrade, everything works OK. So now, I have situation that link from this MOD show " You have 7 unread posts" but when you click on it, it show message that there is not any unread post. But yes, there are 7 unread posts in that forums with abowe selected options in ACP.

After I go to that forum and read posts, then link for this MOD finally shows "You have no unread posts".

Thats a change in the behavior of vB itself. Prior to 4.1.11 it didnt take that setting into account for 'whatsnew' searches. Until such time as I can update this to do the same, that will occur.

yeah... I ended up just copying the vb4 default header on top of my custom one because the was a div section that, due to the alignment, would show the unread posts but the link was not there. I could have increased the size of that div via the css which worked but I didn't like the look so I just replaced my custom header template w/ base vb4 header and it looks fine to me. I'd rather have the unread posts display than the visual the custom header was giving me.

4.2 disabled this plugin for me, How do i get the unread posts back as i take it that its been integrated into the core rather than using a plugin ? My members are funny about having the You have xxx amount of unread posts . Whats new isnt good enough for them lol

I will be releasing an updated version for 4.2 that only has the unread posts part.

In the meantime, you could re-anable the mod, but turn off the reputation part of it.

When selected no Forum Exclude List, Translation of Eng to Thai Language is not directly show translated language. But selected Forum Exclude List of vbcms comments can be shown translated language.

I'm still on vbulletin 4.12, and I'm using the previous version of this mod in conjunction with Abe's Thank You Hack, so that users are notified when someone thanks them (they receive rep points when thanked).

However, it appears that the new rep mod built into vbulletin 4.2's core does not notify members when they've been thanked. I haven't witnessed this myself, but there are several posts in the Thank You Hack thread indicating this:

it's not compatible with all skins for example CompleteVB skins so i can't use it

it's good to design a field in admincp->settings for it that we can disable auto template and add a $value manually to our skin

Whats the code to manually get this to display? My it's showing on one of my themes but not the other so I'm assuming I need to add something somewhere.

With vBulletin 4.2.0, where can I edit the display to change the CSS for the Unread Posts display? I'd like to change the hover properties for the link.

I'd like to say in the CSS templates....

However, it appears this is still using an old "wrapper" system which I'd completely forgot about, so you need to edit the dup_out phrase.
